Key Projects
PageKeeper — Personal Library & Reading Tracker. Designed the data schema and built the full stack end-to-end — React/TypeScript frontend, Node.js/Express backend, and a SQLite database managed with Drizzle ORM. Implemented Goodreads CSV import with deduplication, a genre-aware rating calculator, and automatic cover art lookups via the Google Books API, plus a fully responsive, dark-mode-ready interface tested across desktop and mobile.
Dataset Explorer — CSV Analytics Dashboard. Built a CSV parsing and statistics engine in TypeScript that infers column types (numeric, categorical, boolean, date) and computes mean, median, standard deviation, and histograms. Developed an interactive React dashboard (Recharts) with a correlation explorer, column-level stat cards, and a searchable preview table, backed by an Express + SQLite + Drizzle ORM API with Zod validation.
Experience
Resolve multi-channel customer support inquiries for Aristocrat’s lottery gaming products, troubleshooting technical issues across computers, smartphones, and tablets. Process and document customer account updates with precision, independently resolving service escalations to meet regulated gaming compliance standards.
Engineered automated tracking databases and spreadsheets using Google Apps Script and HTML, streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data accuracy. Developed SQL ETL pipelines and optimized dashboards to clean, integrate, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholder decision-making.
still me, just in a blazer instead of glitter
OK FINE HERE'S THE SERIOUS VERSION
Hi again — this is the part where I try to sound hire-able. I'm a data science student who ended up loving full-stack work just as much: React and Node.js up front, SQL and dashboards in the back, and four-plus years of talking to actual customers before any of it, which taught me how to explain what broke without making it worse. These days I'd rather build the thing end to end — schema, backend, interface — than just explain someone else's.
